CCS THE ART OF WINE PRESENTING SPONSOR

College for Creative Studies, The Art of Wine, Presenting Sponsor

DETROIT, October 18, 2014 - Gallagher–Kaiser recognizes not only our responsibility to give back, but the inherent need to participate in philanthropy focused on propelling the success of the youth in our community. One of the many ways we’ve contributed to this cause was through our role as a Presenting Sponsor, alongside Lead Sponsor General Motors, for the 33rd Detroit International Wine Auction.

The fundraiser, chaired by Mary and Tony Barra, benefited the College for Creative Studies student scholarship program and support of the free art programs for Detroit’s youth. The General Motors Vehicle Engineering Centre was home to the empowering event, which included a Vintner’s private reception, a silent auction, the gala dinner and a live auction. Fritz Hatton, of Arietta Winery, served as the evening’s auctioneer.

Gallagher-Kaiser CEO, Robert Kaiser, showed his personal support with donations of Dominus Dominates, 6 1996 Dominus Estate Christian Moueix Napa Valley for the Vintner’s private reception, as well as, a 1962 Krug Champagne Vintage Brut Collection for the gala dinner live auction.

Not only are we privileged and proud to partner with General Motors professionally, but we are ever eager to join them, fellow sponsors and friends of CCS in supporting a worthwhile cause.
