Training
Proper operation, management and maintenance of paint systems are essential for optimal performance and maximum return on investment. Gallagher-Kaiser offers comprehensive training for engineers, operators and maintenance personnel. Because every paint system is unique, all training is customized to meet customer requirements. Training is provided for new installations and is also offered as a fee based service.
New Installation Training
As the start up and commissioning process is nearing completion,
Gallagher-Kaiser personnel begin the process of training your staff on the proper operation and maintenance of the new system. The "hands-on" training concentrates on operation and maintenance, as well as, environmental and safety matters. Training and maintenance manuals are provided for all new installations.
Fee Based Training
On a time and material basis, G-K delivers customized training for special equipment, new personnel or any other operational needs. Courses are developed based on the results of a needs assessment that identifies gaps between existing and desired employee performance.
