Pre-Manufacturing and Installation
Pre-Planning
The client's manufacturing process is studied to determine the requirements of the proposed system. Utilizing in-house conceptual engineering expertise, Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation creates drawings. Where applicable, more cost-effective, alternate solutions are offered to the customer.
Design and Engineering
Drawings of each system component are created. Multiple cross sections and isometric views are generated to eliminate ambiguity and aid the manufacturing and installation departments in adhering to "fast track" scheduling.
