Surface preparation is an important aspect of the paint application process.  G-K Phosphate Systems are custom designed to assure proper part coverage.  Our systems incorporate the spraying and/or immersion of the part requiring pre-treatment.  

Gallagher-Kaiser works closely with your chemical suppliers to ensure correct stage times and mixture controls, even though versatility is incorporated in the design of the Phosphate System.

Our Phosphate Systems have been designed to incorporate 90º and 180º turns, as well as being elevated to maximize the customer’s available floor space.  Conveyance systems offer the following applications:

•    Overhead Power and Free with 45º Entrance and Exit
