Gallagher-Kaiser designs, manufactures and installs complete HVAC systemscluding detailed engineering and procurement of air handling units, cooling towers, pollution control units, Fan Coil and Air Conditioning Units as well as all trim and finish work.
Working in concert with design architects and the engineers, G-K can and has lead the 3-D coordination of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) disciplines so as to provide for a minimum of field interferences between crafts, maximize field installation efficiency, and minimize construction waste.
Following all MEP coordination, G-K creates working shop drawings for all HVAC dry side air handling and distribution and then distributes the files to the Fabrication Department.  The implementation of our new state-of-the-art CAD-Duct and CAM-Duct software systems streamlines the detailing process from the drawing board to the cutting table with minimal time and effort and maximum efficiency.
Following fabrication and delivery to site, G-K field personnel takes charge.   Besides hanging the ductwork, G-K handles and sets all major HVAC equipment including Air Handling Units, Pollution Control Units, Fan Coil and Air Conditioning Units as well as all trim and finish work.
G-K maintains the Construction Indoor Air Quality Standards (IAQ) as part of the project LEED requirements. 
Finally, G-K supervises the start-up and commissioning of G-K supplied HVAC equipment.
